Melodika: New Fabrice Lig record label!

As previously mentioned over at technotourist, Fabrice Lig of Soul Designer fame is launching a new record label, focusing primarily on deep Detroit-inspired tunes. These guys, the Army of Sound collective are major collaborators so far and these are definitely worth picking up!

It's not Clear... is it?

It might be an old fact from a non-frequent MTV viewer, but the clip of Missy Elliott - Lose Control got my attention immediately when hearing a familiar sound. The synth-rhythm loop was from a very known electro song.... It's Cybotron - Clear, the classic produced by Juan Atkins and Rick Davis back in 1983.

Is this a tribute or a shameless rip ?
